DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and/or packaging so our team can review the issue. Once evaluated, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

SIZING & EXCHANGES

We do not offer size exchanges. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that size changes or modifications can be made.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment. Please verify all items, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and payment details before submitting your order.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Addicted2Music directly so we have an opportunity to resolve it.

Fraudulent or intentionally false chargebacks may result in the customer being refused future service. Addicted2Music reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant documentation when responding to payment disputes.
